The Tough Avenue

We’ve all had to make hard choices one time or another. We’ve all had times when we had to make a tough call. You wish you didn’t have to but time was pressing hard against your back to choose from among your options. Welcome to the youth years. Suddenly you’re asked questions about where to go, who to be, which school to be in, which career path to take, who to be with and even who to follow. Your gut tells you to do this but your heart, your friends, your family are also demanding from you many other different things. You now find yourself with a mixture of thoughts and a long list of options in order to make one decision. You’re at the crossroads.

The world further offers options. It may seem that you have the freedom to do whatever you like. But to the believer, God bids you in Matthew 7:13-14 to enter the narrow gate.

Tough Avenue Youth Ministry in anchored on the Word of God as its main source of instruction in life and relationship. As believers of Jesus Christ, our security is in Him as we embark on this journey towards the next generation. It will not be easy as many times, it will go against the self-righteous ways of the world. However tough it may be, we can live in the promises of God.
